SikaTack DRIVE (Purform) basiert auf der Purform Technologie. Die Purform Technologie ermöglicht leistungsfähige Polyurethanprodukte mit weniger als 0,1 % monomerem Diisocyanat für einen besseren Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz. SikaTack DRIVE (Purform) ist ein kalt verarbeitbarer Scheibenklebstoff für die PKW-Ersatzverglasung mit einer sicheren Wegfahrzeit von 60 Minuten. Das System ist für den mobilen und stationären Einsatz ganzjährig geeignet und wurde geprüft nach FMVSS 212.

Anwendung:

SikaTack DRIVE (Purform) ist nur für erfahrene Anwender geeignet. Dieses Produkt und die zugehörigen Installationsanleitungen wurden speziell für den Austausch von PKW-Scheiben konzipiert. Wird dieses Produkt für Anwendungen außerhalb der Ersatzverglasung eingesetzt, müssen Vorversuche mit Originalmaterialien unter den jeweiligen Bedingungen durchgeführt werden, um Haftung und Materialverträglichkeit gewährleisten zu können.

Oberflächenvorbehandlung:

Die Oberflächen müssen sauber, trocken und frei von Fett, Öl, Staub und Verunreinigungen sein. Die Haftflächen müssen gemäß den Sika Installationsanleitungen „Clear-Aktivator-Prozess“ (schwarzprimerlos) oder „All-Black-Prozess“ (mit Schwarzprimer) vorbehandelt werden. Weitere Informationen zur Anwendung und Verwendung von Vorbehandlungsmitteln sind im jeweiligen Produktdatenblatt zu finden. Frontscheiben ohne Keramikdruck benötigen einen zusätzlichen UV-Schutz.

Verarbeitung:

SikaTack DRIVE (Purform) mit einer geeigneten leistungsstarken, batteriebetriebenen Auftragspistole verarbeiten. Zu beachten ist der Viskositätsanstieg bei niedriger Temperatur. Für eine einfache Verarbeitung den Klebstoff bei Raumtemperatur verarbeiten. Für eine gleichmäßige Klebstoffschichtdicke empfiehlt es sich, den Klebstoff in Form einer Dreiecksraupe aufzutragen. Die Offenzeit ist bei heißem und feuchtem Klima deutlich kürzer. Die Scheibe muss immer innerhalb der Offenzeit eingesetzt werden. Niemals eine Scheibe installieren, nachdem sich auf dem Klebstoff eine Haut gebildet hat.

Entfernung:

Nicht ausgehärtetes SikaTack DRIVE (Purform) kann mit Sika Remover-208 oder anderen geeigneten Lösemitteln von Werkzeugen und Geräten entfernt werden. Ausgehärtetes Material kann nur noch mechanisch entfernt werden. Hände/Haut müssen sofort mit geeigneten Reinigungstüchern (z.B. Sika Handclean) oder Industriehandreinigern und Wasser gewaschen werden. Keine Lösemittel auf der Haut verwenden!
