Delivery:

We endeavor to complete your delivery completely and quickly. In the high season, however, sometimes longer delivery times may occur. Then we may send you in-stock items as a partial delivery. The subsequent deliveries are then free of carriage charge for you.

For out-of-stock items, we reserve the right to cancel.

Delivery of replacement items:

Once an item is out of stock, we offer you, if possible, a replacement item. If you do not like it you can send it back free of charges.

Reservation of delivery:

Our information in brochures, advertisements, catalogs, websites are non-binding. The prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices for customs duties, import and export fees, exchange rates, etc. A contract is only concluded with a written order confirmation (e.g. e-mail) or with the start of the performance of the service by the seller. Compensation for non-performance is excluded unless intent or gross negligence can be proven.

Repairs:

The direct route is the fastest here. Please send your device directly to the manufacturer. Please enclose a copy of the purchase invoice during the guarantee period.

Warranty and guarantee:

The statutory warranty period is 2 years. It begins with the delivery of the goods. During this time, all defects that are subject to the statutory warranty obligation will be remedied free of charge. The warranty claims are initially limited to supplementary performance. If the supplementary performance fails or if it takes an unreasonably long time, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract or a reduction in the purchase price. Excluded from the warranty or guarantee are damage that can be traced back to natural wear and tear, improper use and insufficient or incorrect care.

Transport damage:

If the package is visibly damaged, please report it immediately to the delivering carrier (GLS, UPS, DPD or forwarding agent) and have the damage confirmed by the carrier. If damage is only visible after opening the package, please complain in writing immediately after opening and refuse acceptance, even afterwards. A partial refusal of acceptance is also possible. Claims for compensation are not possible without proof of the written complaint.

Right of withdrawal Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (REIMO-PAN GmbH, Josef-Baumann-Str. 16, 44803 Bochum, Germany, [email protected], phone: 0234/891 89 89) by means of a clear declaration ( e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the amount of EUR 99.00. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender takes over our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract is for the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal.
