LPG and fuel gas tanks must be inspected every 10 years by an expert TÜV. The next test date is indicated on the container. Vehicles with expired gas tank TÜV lose their operating license. The owner of the vehicle is responsible for this. You return your old tank and receive the tested tank back after approx. 4 weeks. On delivery, the tank must be empty and the protective box dismantled. Gas tanks, even if they are empty, are not accepted by all parcel services (gas smell), please clarify before dispatch. Please note that the new gas tank test number must be entered in your vehicle registration document.
