AUTOHOME hard-shell roof tent MAGGIOLINA Airlander Plus - MEDIUM X-Long

The MAGGIOLINA Airlander Plus is a classic model with an elegant, aerodynamic design and can be perfectly fitted even on small cars and four-wheel drive vehicles (4x4). The "double" roof is composed of a fiberglass shell and a synergic adapted with a special laser perforated car-like panel. This exclusive structural system creates an air cushion that naturally counteracts the formation of moisture and condensation inside the tent 24/7. During thunderstorms, the fiberglass roof does not attract lightning. The roof shells do not deform in heat, are UV resistant and color stable. The tent material is waterproof, durable and breathable, protects against heat and cold. Opening is done by means of a crank. The crank is at the same time an anti-theft protection for the inner pack (e.g. bags, blankets, valuables, etc.), because without the crank the shells can be opened only very time-consuming). The loft is soundproof and well insulated to prevent condensation. The roof tent contains a quality ceiling lamp (18x5cm) with 3 bright LEDs, powered by battery. The interior canopy is lined with heat and noise insulating padding. The equipment includes a mattress made of high-density foam with cotton cover and pillow. A windbreak strip under the entrance protects against dust, cold and drafts. Also included is an adjustable aluminum ladder for a medium size vehicle. It folds up for transport and pulls apart and locks when needed. The anti-slip system is standard.

The doors become windows or variable openings with arched hinges.

Standard are 2 windows and 2 entrances (all zippered and mosquito netting) and 2 removable hanging pockets on each side, each with 4 compartments for personal items.

A carrying bag for the ladder and a practical storage net (e.g. for books, maps, personal items) are included.

The X-Long version is 20cm longer than the MEDIUM size and offers more space comfort not only for tall people. It is suitable for medium and large vehicles ( 4x4, minivans, vans, SUV and station wagon).
