If necessary a part of the engine's battery energy can be used temporarily, to increase the capacity of the service battery, with the guarantee that there will remain enough power in the engine battery for starting the vehicle. In case of the engine battery is empty and the vehicle cannot be started, the BRIDGE enables to transfer approx. 50A from the service battery to the engine battery within a few minutes. If that would not be enough, you simple turn on the generator. Already after only 15 minutes the engine battery will have enough energy for starting the vehicle. At the automatical mode the power which has been delivered from the generator does not only charge the service battery but also after reaching the maximum voltage automatically the engine battery up to a max. value of 14,2V. Therefore the battery is always ready to start the vehicle. BRIDGE technical features: supply (of the service battery) 12Vdc(8÷18Vdc), operation elements at the control panel: OFF-AUTO-MAN, max. transfer power between 2 batteries: 50A, voltage drop at 50A: <0,1V, alert engine battery empty (<12,0V): beep-flash, alert service battery empty (<11,4V): beep-flash, automatical activation of the parallel circuit of the engine battery and the service battery >13,0V, automatical de-activation of the connection of the engine battery and the service battery: <12,5V.
